Because of our constant chatter in and around us , it is not always easy to access your heart and intuition to do the right thing in a smart, effective, loving and aligned way. This Soul Wellness will show you how powerful you are as an individual.

"When does it start? What are the dates?" Mondays at 2pm CET (14 Uhr) - 8am EST (please be aware that this time might change during time change seasons).You can join anytime. The year starts counting when you sign up.
"I am so invested in other things, that might be too much going on. " Of course , too much is never healthy. For your information: There is basically no homework to do, except integrating one thing at the time. Your own speed and rhythm is crucial. It is wellness for the soul. You can relax and just show up for 60-90 minute a week, that is all. For everything else you won´t need extra time.
"You are in Germany, I am in the US. Can I take part in the live sessions with you anyways in regards to the time?" Yes, of course. It is at 2pm in Germany, which is Mondays at 8am at the East Coast. There is also a replay
"I am afraid that Iif cannot join twice and then I feel behind. " There are replays but the replays will be available for a week only. So you can never be behind by nature. The field readings will be recorded.
"Will I get a personal Field reading as well? " Not only that! One full session will be all about you and what you identified as most important. Alone this session would be worth €1,200. You will be able to use this for years as a transformational tool.
"Will there be body exercises ?" Yes, there will be Innovative exercises that you can use in your own community (because growth is contagious!)
"Will I be able to raise my frequency?" By just being in this group, you’re upgrading your frequency. Your health improves, your dreams activate, your soul starts moving in the right direction—automatically.. You will get to know yourself on the deepest level possible. Things will finally make sense.
